What therapy approaches do I offer?
I am trained in solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and a range of cognitive behavioural approaches.
The cognitive behavioural approaches include CBT (cognitive-behavioural therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), CFT (compassion focused therapy) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies.
My practice also encompasses ideas and principles from other areas, particularly psychoanalysis, ethics, existentialism and phenomenology.
My practice is focused on listening, and creating a space for exploring, understanding and help.
